Apparel products are developed with a specific target audience in mind. Product development involves extracting design variables and developing a sizing system using data that takes into account human dimensions and body shape. In addition, we analyze body shape information to develop and grade sizes so that the designer's intended fit can be reproduced on a variety of body types during production. Through research to develop optimal sizing and grading systems, we also provide product size and fit information that can be used in the industry to increase production efficiency. By standardizing this information, we facilitate smooth communication between apparel producers, distributors, and customers.
